We are now resuming our two-man delivery service of large furniture items. We are able to offer garden furniture delivery to our local area within 7 days. Other smaller items will be dispatched in 7-10 days by courier, subject to stock.

Due to the unfolding situation with Corona virus our showrooms in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Haverhill, Saffron Walden and Sudbury are now temporarily closed. Our website will remain open 24/7 for you to explore and order online.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Delivery

Due to updates in Government guidelines, we are now reinstating our two-man delivery service. This means we can now deliver large items of furniture either in to your home, or to your front door/garden. We will also be removing packaging and assembling your items if you had chosen this service.

Small items of furniture that can be sent by courier will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Orders of garden furniture from our local area will be delivered within 7 days.

We class our local area within a 30 mile radius of our warehouse in Bury St Edmunds (IP32 7GL). This covers addresses located in and around Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Sudbury, Thetford, Cambridge and the surrounding villages.

For all other areas, please email [email protected] and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

We are able to deliver smaller items suitable for one-man delivery or by post. Products such as; bedding, cookware, rugs, foot stools, office chairs, curtains, fabrics, guest beds, lighting, homewares and other items of a similar size and weight.

All small courier items will be delivered within 7-10 working days, subject to stock.

We have implemented additional safety measures to protect our customers and staff. We have now reinstated our two-man delivery service, but our team will contact you before delivery to check if you are ok to accept delivery. Our drivers will practice social distancing and can either take your items in your home for you, leave them on the doorstep, or place them in your garden. They will not require a signature.

We are able to take away packaging if required, and assemble your items if this is a service you have selected.

The majority of our suppliers have also been unable to operate during this period of lockdown. If you ordered your products before 23rd March, please rest assured that your order is currently in the supply chain and will be fulfilled, but unfortunately there will be an unavoidable delay while the supplier has been unable to manufacture.

If you placed your order recently, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

If you received a voucher in our ‘£10 Voucher for every £100 you spend’ promotion when you shopped in store during March, we will automatically extend the end date to the 30th June 2020. We will not reissue your voucher, just bring the original into store when we re-open. Online voucher end dates remain unchanged, but can be converted to an in-store voucher, with a longer validity date, by emailing [email protected].

Click & Collect

Unfortunately as our stores are currently closed, we are unable to offer Click & Collect from our shops.

You can still order online 24/7, 7 days a week for home delivery or if you need your goods sooner, you can collect the items from our warehouse in Bury St Edmunds.
