To provide our customers with peace of mind & to demonstrate our commitment to responsible retailing, Glasswells is a full member of The Furniture Ombudsman & Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. They are independent, not-for-profit organisations which raise standards & are approved by the government to provide alternate dispute resolution services. We follow their Code Of Practice which provides our customers with additional protection if things go wrong. What can I do if I am not happy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email & we will do our best to resolve your issues. 

If you are unsatisfied with our response to a complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Resolution Dispute Ombudsman, who will provide an independant dispute resolution service.
