Delivery & Returns - FAQs

We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight. We are unable to deliver to any other locations at this current time.

For mainland UK, standard size parcels weighing less than 25kg cost £4.99, additional parcels to the same address will cost an extra £4.99. Over sized items and items weighing over 25kg cost £9.95. For the Scottish Highlands and Ise of Wight, it will cost £14.95 for items under 25kgs and £19.95 for items over 25kgs. 

Delivery of furniture and larger items is carried out by Glasswells or one of its trusted suppliers. These prices range from £35 to £150 depending on your area. Please contact us on 01284 752804 for more information.

Removal of packaging and assembly work is not included in the price of delivery; please contact us for a quote for these services.

The majority of our products can be delivered with the exception of:

• Sharp items such as knives and scissors
• Alcohol
• Lighter cubes or gas canisters
• Fragile items such as pictures and mirrors

For homewares and small furniture items that are in stock, you can expect your order to arrive between 2-5 working days. For furniture and larger items, please refer to the stated availability message on the individual product, we will then contact you for a delivery date that suits you. Delivery dates are approximate, and some items on your order may be sent out separately, and can arrive on different times. More information on delivery is found here.

If you have ordered homewares or small furniture items, you can use our click and collect feature at checkout, to collect your order from your chosen Glasswells store. Large furniture items are available for collection at our warehouse (please notify us at least 48 hours before collecting) You have seven calendar days to collect your order. We do not offer a disposal service but, we have partnered with Clearabee who will take away your old furniture for recycling. You can book your slot here. Or you can contact your local council who can dispose of furniture for you. 

For homewares and small furniture items, you can return the product via post or by heading into either one of our Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich stores. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a fully saleable condition. In the event of a faulty item, we will reimburse the delivery cost in returning the item to us, or by sending a courier to collect it directly from you.
