When do I have to start paying?

Your monthly repayments start one month after your furniture goods are delivered.

How do I apply for Finance?

You can apply for finance online by using the ‘Apply For Finance’ option at checkout, or in person at any of our stores.

To apply for finance you will need to:

Spend at least £500
Pay a deposit of at least 20%
Be at least 18 years of age
Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more
Be able to make repayments by Direct Debit
Be in regular employment (minimum 16 hours per week), including self-employment or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment. If you are retired and receive a pension, or are registered disabled and unable to work, Novuna Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.
Finance is not available for food and alcohol purchases.

AM I ELIGIBLE?

To apply for finance:

You must be over 18 years old
You or your partner must be in permanent paid employment, be self employed, retired and receiving a pension, be a working student in part time work or be in receipt of a disability benefit
You must have been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years
You must have a credit or debit card in your name, which is registered to your address in order to pay the deposit
You must have a Bank or Building Society current account available (you'll need this to complete the direct debit instruction)
