Receptionist | Part time (Temporary Maternity Cover – 6 months)

We are looking for a confident administrator to work on our customer facing Reception desk in our Bury St Edmunds store. You will have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work well as part of a team.  A good level of I.T. skills are required.

This varied role includes:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries, both in store and over the telephone, email, and live chat,
  • Processing orders on our in-house computer system,
  • Taking payments and handling cash,
  • Arranging deliveries,
  • General post and filing duties.

30 hours per week and will include working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Soft Furnishings Window Measurer & Estimator | Part Time (22.5 Hours)

A creative, yet sales focussed person is required to work within our Design Centre as an Estimator, measuring and estimating for window treatments.  Previous experience is essential; you will be expected to liaise with customers to help with their choices of soft furnishings, advising on everything from colours and materials to alternative finishes and specialised systems. You will already have a good knowledge and understanding of bespoke curtains, window shutters, blinds, and the many matching accessories available to complete the look.  A full driving license is required to conduct the home visits.
