LVT Flooring Fitters (Self Employed)

Glasswells is seeking skilled and experienced Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring fitters to join our team on a self-employed basis in and around the Bury St Edmunds area.

The role involves:

• Fitting Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring
• Fitting Hard flooring such as wood and laminate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and can consistently deliver the exceptional quality and workmanship that Glasswells is known for.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in LVT (luxury vinyl tile) fitting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Your own vehicle and tools will be required.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must live in or around the Bury St Edmunds area.

Junior Graphic Designer | Full Time

Glasswells is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graphic design graduate looking to develop their skills within a busy retail environment. Working as part of our marketing team, you will create a wide range of design assets across both print and digital, including brochures, flyers, press advertising, website graphics, digital adverts, email campaigns, in-store point-of-sale materials and signage. You will also support the wider marketing team with a variety of marketing and design projects as required.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design and be confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will have a good understanding of visual communication, typography and layout, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in a design role at a long-established, family-run home retailer.

An interest in, or some experience with, video editing, digital marketing or photography would be advantageous, but is not essential.
