Receptionist | Part Time

We are looking for a confident administrator to work on our customer facing Reception desk 15 hours per week. You will have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and the ability to work well as part of a team. This varied role includes:

dealing with customer enquiries, both in store and over the telephone,
email and live chat
processing orders on our in-house computer system
taking payments and handling cash
arranging deliveries general post and filing duties.

A good level of I.T. skills are required. This job will include working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
