This gift card can be redeemed at Glasswells stores and The Place to Eat restaurants, but not in concessions or online. It may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference. This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part. Each gift card has a maximum value of £500. This gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of your last transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry validity period. The balance on this gift card may be checked in any Glasswells store or by calling 01284 752804. Please treat this gift card as cash. Glasswells will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Glasswells reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.

Small Item Delivery
Standard size parcels weighing less than 15kg cost £5.95 for delivery to most mainland UK destinations (excluding Scottish Highlands and outlying areas where a carrier charge is £14.95).
Furniture & Larger Items
Delivery of furniture and larger items is carried out by Glasswells or one of its trusted suppliers and items will be put into your room of choice. Standard local* delivery from £35 to room of choice. Delivery of Multiple Items
We will deliver all your items together once they are in stock. If you need items that are in stock before your whole order is complete, additional delivery charges will apply. Please contact us for details.
Returns
If you notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 14 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund you for both the purchase price and the original delivery charge; however, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.
You are unable to return any special order/custom made furniture items.
If the item is faulty you must notify us in writing and return the item within 30 days. The item must be returned for a full refund to be given.
If the goods are damaged please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We require pictures of the item and the packaging before a refund or replacement item can be arranged.
