Welcome to Glasswells' Seasonal Events! As autumn arrives and Christmas approaches, we’re excited to offer a range of fun activities for all ages, including a Mini Pantomime, Santa's Grotto, children's entertainers, painting and wreath making workshops.

Entertain and delight your children this coming Christmas.
For 75 minutes the children will be transported to the Magic Wood where they will meet Little Red Riding Hood and all her friends.
Packed solid with comedy, songs, adventure and audience participation, they will roar with laughter at the comedy antics of their hero, Posh Bert, and the comic dame, Mrs Hood, and they will shout as they have never shouted before when they warn Red Riding Hood not to enter the woods alone.

Tickets are strictly limited and need to be pre booked.
Suitable for ages 5+, children will be seated on the floor and seating will be provided for accompanying adults. Tickets will be issued by email at the time of purchase. Join us at Glasswells in Bury St Edmunds for hands-on watercolour workshops with local artist Helen Clarke.
Suitable for all levels of ability, this workshop will enable you to develop your watercolour techniques as you will paint the glowing colours of Autumnn. Using leaves and berries as inspiration, Helen will guide you through using watercolour to create beautiful seasonal imagery. You will learn how to mix colours directly onto the paper in a loose and atmospheric way and experiment with adding texture to backgrounds. All materials will be provided.

Suitable for all levels of ability, in this workshop we will paint small scenes in a free and atmospheric way to capture the beauty of winter, which could be used as a Christmas card theme. Helen will show you how to paint a snowy landscape using a variety of watercolour techniques in a simple and effective way. All materials will be provided.
