A Great Advertisement for Your Firm
"I would like to pass on my thanks to two of your colleagues (Jason & Shaun). I met them coming the other way in a narrow lane and moved over to let them pass, but in doing so dropped one of my rear wheels into a ditch. A Credit to Your Team
"Just a courtesy email to thank you for our settees and garden furniture delivered Wednesday 15th. We only popped in as we had a leaflet delivered with offers, and ended up buying the furniture set on display as soon as we entered the store! Special thanks to Nigel for his clear explanation on both the items purchased, he is a credit to your team. The delivery guys (Lee & Tom) were great too, a phonecall ahead to confirm arrival time and took their time unpacking and setting up our furniture on a very hot day! Thanks, guys. "

Could Not Have Been More Helpful
"My husband and I recently came into your store to look at carpets. We were served by Phil who could not have been more helpful. He gave us a couple of samples to bring home but they were not the right colour. We returned a few days later with a sample of our original carpet. and Phil spent time with us patiently finding a match. Jude the fitter fitted the carpets this week, and we are delighted with them. Both these gentlemen were efficient, polite and helpful, and were a credit to Glasswells. We hadn't originally considered Glasswells for carpets, and only came because a friend recommended you. We will certainly not look anywhere else for future carpet purchases, and have told our friends what good service and value we received. "

"I really love my new lampshades, they have been an ongoing project for some years now, but finding that you could craft bespoke shades really changed things. Jane was patience personified, and so helpful when it came to choosing a suitable fabric, searching far and wide to source it for me. Charlotte & Jane were always helpful, and i really appreciate that. Finally, the quality of work on completing the shades was outstanding.
