Exceptional customer service

"It's always a pleasurable experience to go to Glasswells in Ipswich and yesterday was no exception. The weather was diabolical, heavy rain and then sleet but the staff in Glasswells were like a ray of sunshine. We decided to have a roast dinner in the place to eat restaurant before picking up a lamp we had ordered. Lunch was delicious. Very good quality and all home made. We didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive either. Everyone was so friendly. We can't wait to make a return visit. Upon collecting our lamp we proceeded to our car. The lamp was in a large box and the General Manager, Chris, could see we were struggling and came to our aid. He carried it to our car despite the weather which was still appalling. This is an example of the wonderful customer service you receive here. It's always such a treat to come shopping here. Thank you all so much."
