• Ink, paint, glue, or dye transfer
• Wax and Wax Polish
Accidental damage e.g.
• Rips, tears, burns, scuffs or scratches
• Pet damage (e.g., scratches. bites. soiling)
• Dents, chips, or broken glass/mirrors
Structural defects
(after manufacturers warranty, typically 1 year) e.g.
• Broken or warped frames
• Faulty recliners or mechanisms including electrical components
• Seam separation, peeling leather, or faulty zips/buttons
• Loss or resiliency on foam and fibre cushions
Care Plan Limitations e.g.
• Damage before delivery or from commercial use
• Damage from fire, flood, or infestation
• General wear and tear or fading
• Misuse, neglect, or unapproved cleaning products
