Talalay Latex
The primary sleep surface features 100% natural Dunlopillo Talalay latex, renowned for its exceptional breathability and unique comfort. Gently contouring to the body, it provides targeted pressure relief and supports healthy spinal alignment. Naturally hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and antimicrobial, it creates a fresh, pure, and luxurious sleep environment.
VENTRA Core
The VENTRA Core Performance System is a precision-engineered, aerated foam support layer designed to enhance airflow and temperature regulation. Dunlopillo Plus
Each model is upholstered in luxurious Dunlopillo Plus fabric, designed to enhance the cooling properties of Talalay latex. Its intelligent, highly conductive fibres help regulate temperature by maintaining the sleep surface up to 1°C below body temperature, creating a cooler, fresher, and more relaxing sleep environment.

Small Item Delivery
Standard size parcels weighing less than 15kg cost £5.95 for delivery to most mainland UK destinations (excluding Scottish Highlands and outlying areas where a carrier charge is £14.95).
Furniture & Larger Items
Delivery of furniture and larger items is carried out by Glasswells or one of its trusted suppliers and items will be put into your room of choice. Standard local* delivery from £35 to room of choice. Delivery of Multiple Items
We will deliver all your items together once they are in stock. If you need items that are in stock before your whole order is complete, additional delivery charges will apply. Please contact us for details.
Returns
If you notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 14 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund you for both the purchase price and the original delivery charge; however, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.
You are unable to return any special order/custom made furniture items.
If the item is faulty you must notify us in writing and return the item within 30 days. The item must be returned for a full refund to be given.
If the goods are damaged please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We require pictures of the item and the packaging before a refund or replacement item can be arranged.
