Privacy Screen For Helios 4m Pergola - Slate Grey

A perfect addition to our Helios pergolas, this 4m privacy screen can be pulled down make your space more private. This item includes one screen, however for even more protection, we recommend purchasing multiple screens to close off the pergola entirely – ideal for using over hot tubs if you have overlooking neighbours. Made from textilene material, this privacy screen is fully weather-resistant and can be left outdoors all year round with little maintenance, so you can make the most of your outdoor space, no matter the season.

The screen is attached to your pergola via aluminium framework and an aluminium roller which need to be drilled into the underside of the pergola as well as the pergola legs and then clipped in to those carefully aligned attachments. Full instructions on how to do this will be included with the product. The aluminium framework will perfectly match the colour of your pergola and has a RAL code of 7015. When you wish to open your pergola back up simply push the screen up back into the aluminium roller.

Small Item Delivery

Standard size parcels weighing less than 15kg cost £5.95 for delivery to most mainland UK destinations (excluding Scottish Highlands and outlying areas where a carrier charge is £14.95).

Furniture & Larger Items

Delivery of furniture and larger items is carried out by Glasswells or one of its trusted suppliers and items will be put into your room of choice. Standard local* delivery from £35 to room of choice. Delivery of Multiple Items

We will deliver all your items together once they are in stock. If you need items that are in stock before your whole order is complete, additional delivery charges will apply. Please contact us for details. 

Returns

If you notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 14 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund you for both the purchase price and the original delivery charge; however, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.

You are unable to return any special order/custom made furniture items.

If the item is faulty you must notify us in writing and return the item within 30 days. The item must be returned for a full refund to be given.

If the goods are damaged please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We require pictures of the item and the packaging before a refund or replacement item can be arranged.
