In our 74 years as an independent family run business, our utmost priorities have been our staff and customers, and never has this been more important than now.

We are closely monitoring and implementing the changing Government guidelines. Due to the unfolding situation with Corona virus our showrooms in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Haverhill, Saffron Walden and Sudbury are now temporarily closed. This means that there will be no further customer collections or deliveries until further notice.

Our website will remain open 24/7 for you to explore and shop, however orders taken online from 24/03/2020 will not be fulfilled until the Government guidelines are relaxed and it is safe to do so.

Collect in Store

You can now order some products on our website and collect them from either our Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich stores*.

How It Works

Choose your store

If you select this option, you can collect your items from the next day after 12pm.

We’ll email you

We’ll send you an email confirmation of your order. Please keep this and bring it with you when you pick up your items.

Collect from store

Come into store to collect your order, bringing your order confirmation and ID. We will keep your order in store for 7 calendar days. If the order is not collected within the 7 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment card.

What do I need to bring?

Please supply your order (or order number), together with a suitable form of ID (e.g. driving licence, passport or pass card). For security reasons if you are unable to collect the parcel, the person collecting will need to supply a copy of the order & provide identification.

Where do I go?

When you get to your chosen store, please make your way to a pay point. If unsure, please head to reception and they will direct you.
