PRE-AUTHORISED RETURNS
This service is only for returns that have been pre-authorised. If you have not had your return approved, please contact us email webteam@glasswells.co.uk before proceeding.
Generate your return label via link to the DPD returns portal. Click here
Place your items in the original parcel or a suitable box and include the invoice (packing slip) that came with your original delivery.
- Enter your web order number and your email address.
- Follow the instructions provided in the Returns Portal..
- Stick the label to the outside of the box.
Visit dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator to find your nearest pick-up-shop, and drop off your parcel at your chosen location.
Please ensure you request a receipt so you are able to track your order and have proof of parcel drop-off.
If your returned items are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us, please do not contact DPD local as your contract for the return is with Glasswells and not DPD Local.
